Seafood Wine Pairing Dinner
1880 Tapas & Spirits is kicking off our 2024 wine dinners with a six course seafood celebration complete with wine pairings from long-time local, Leora Wallace of Classic Beverage Company.
This menu will tentatively include caviar & blini, a duo of west coast oysters, classic steak tartare, cioppino with Dungeness crab, scallops, shrimp & mussels, a main course of halibut fillet, and panna cotta. These are all unique dishes that are not normally in our menu and can only be enjoyed by joining us Saturday, January 27th at 6pm.
