New Provider Announcement: Welcome Leslie Irwin at Moore Orthopedics

Please join us in welcoming Leslie Irwin, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, a highly experienced Family Nurse Practitioner, as she joins Dr. Tom Moore’s practice, Moore Orthopedics, at the base of the ski mountain in Crested Butte.

Leslie brings extensive clinical experience in family medicine, acute care/trauma, and sports medicine.

She is known for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care with a strong focus on access, efficiency, and continuity of care.
