Halloween Fright Parade
KBUT Community Radio, The CB Old Rock Library, and The Trailhead Children’s Museum bring you the “Halloween Fright Parade” on Halloween, Saturday, October 31st, 2026.
Join us at 3:45pm at First and Elk for a pre-parade KBUT block party with music and the ‘Thriller’ dance taught by Barron Farnell & Poems with SherBear.
Starting at 4:17pm (right after the bus turns off of Elk) the parade will start trick or treating down Elk Avenue and finish at the Old Rock Library and the Trailhead Children’s museum for fun activities!
The Trailhead will host a Haunted Pirate Ship and the Library will have a spooky walk and treat bags to share.
All businesses and homes on Elk Avenue are invited to hand out treats. For more information, email angie@kbut.org”
The Trailhead Children’s Museum inspires and supports children and families to enrich and sustain a dynamic community of life-long learners.
