Gunnison Senior Center Snowshoe Hikes – Gothic

FEBRUARY SNOWSHOE HIKES

Get to know this 7.6-mile out-and-back trail near Crested Butte, Colorado. This is a popular trail for hiking, but you can still enjoy some solitude during quieter times of day.

Gunnison Senior Center – ages 55 & up

– Feb. 7: Lottis Creek (Easy)
– Feb. 14: Washington Gulch – Avalanche Class with Crested Butte Avalanche Center (Easy to Intermediate)
– Feb. 21: Middle Quartz Creek (Intermediate)
– Feb. 28: Gothic (Intermediate)

COSTS: Current Rec or Senior Center membership and $5.00 hike fee.

Experienced, Wilderness First Aid/Adult CPR trained hike leaders.
