Crested Butte Community Plan Open House
Crested Butte’s Community Plan is taking shape—come tell us what’s missing!
Join the Town of Crested Butte on Wednesday, March 19, from 5:30–7:30 PM at the Crested Butte Center for the Arts for an Open House on the draft Community Plan—a vision to improve Crested Butte’s livability and sense of community.
This plan lays out ideas to align the Town’s development regulations with the community’s values and goals – supporting affordable housing, local businesses, and community spaces—all to make sure CB stays a great place for years to come.
You live here, work here, and/or love it here – so help decide what’s next.
At the Open House, you can:
● Chat with town staff, officials, friends, neighbors, and even strangers about the draft plan
● Catch a quick presentation at 6 PM or 7 PM to get the big picture
● Dive into key areas are interactive stations on Crested Butte’s neighborhoods, Belleview Ave, Sixth Street, and the Slate River Annexation and share what matters most to you
Why should you come?
Because this is YOUR community and your voice matters. Whether you’re passionate about housing, local business and non-profit support, preserving CB’s character, or just want to keep CB’s soul intact, this is your chance to help shape the future.
● Free childcare (because we get it—life’s busy!)
● Free drinks (non-alcoholic, but still good!)
Can’t make it in person? No worries! We’ll share a recording of the presentation, and you can check out the draft plan and submit your feedback online until April 3 at www.crestedbutte-co.gov/cp.
Come hang out, share your thoughts, and be a part of what’s next for Crested Butte! See you there!
