City of Gunnison 4th of July

Celebrate Independence Day with an evening of family fun at Gunnison’s annual 4th of July Community Celebration at Jorgensen Park.

The festivities feature live music from local and regional bands, kids’ games, food vendors, a lively beer garden, stand-up paddleboard demos, the crowd-favorite Pup N’ SUP race, and the stirring presentation of the Color Guard and National Anthem before the grand fireworks finale.

Start your holiday with the early morning hot air balloon rally, then return to the park for an unforgettable evening of community spirit, great entertainment, and spectacular fireworks lighting up the Gunnison sky.
