Salt is the original Mother Rock. Savor a meal inspired by our collective Mother [Earth] while viewing sweeping vistas of purple mountains majesty and vibrant fields of green.

Chef Andrea Murdoch draws from her training at the Culinary Institute of America to blend classical techniques with indigenous ingredients and traditions. Paired with the dulcet notes of elite DuMOL wines from the Russian River Valley, the terroir of the land called the “wild west” sings from valley to vineyard.
