CB Wine + Food Fest: Seminar – Eat The Roses: Wildcrafting Woods Walk
Crested Butte looks good enough to eat! Do just that on your wildcrafting hike with Certified Herbalist Amanda Ellis of Superbloom Herbals. The wilderness is abundant with both edible and medicinal botanicals. Learn how to identify edible and medicinal plants, how to harvest sustainably and respectfully, how to distinguish between edible and toxic species, as well as the folklore and energetic properties of our healing flora. Join Amanda in one of her “honey holes” and connect with your inner forest fairy!
Get ready to wildcraft! Wear comfortable clothing that you can hike and kneel in. Bring plenty of water and snacks. Sun protection is highly recommended.
