I had been travelling the world 10 times a year and spend vacations at ThePlaza in Mt Crested Butte I have never had pork ribs anywhere as good as your restaurant presents. You need to believe I’ve tried them in multiple locations. I’m now 81 and want to have your ribs again and I’m not sure how I’ll hold up on another trip but I reckon it’s worth 35 hours travelling from Perth, Western Australia just to get them again.
