The check in process was easy. Lift the phone, which was cute, and someone will help. They had fresh cookies baked upon arrival and the front desk asked us if we wanted any more. He was ready to bake a fresh batch. The hot tub was really clean and large and better than other hot tubs I’ve used. It has a nice deep seat with surrounding jets on my calves and feet. The rooms were clean and the place was quiet. There were books and games to borrow. Overall, we loved it and would return.

There were welcome cookies, comfy beds, etc. A charming place with a convenient location.

Cozy Inn in Crested Butte! Staff was kind and helpful. Really a great option at a reasonable price. We only stayed for one evening but the rooms were comfortable and clean. Even had a great continental breakfast. Definitely recommend.

This is as good of a motel experience as you could ever expect. Impeccably clean rooms, comfortable beds, easy parking, great location – and most importantly – incredibly friendly and competent staff. Of course it’s the best value in all of Crested Butte, just a couple of blocks from Elk avenue – and easy to find as you come into town.
I’ll be staying here every time I come to town.

What a wonderful place to stay! The rooms were spotless, very comfortable beds, and great breakfast. We could walk to all the shops and restaurants in town, as well as numerous trails that connect in town and wander into the mountains. Quiet at night, with a fantastic hot tub. Hosts were absolutely friendly and helpful. I have stayed here over 6 times in the last few years and would not be anywhere else. Old Town Inn is a true gem!

Our stay at the Old Town Inn was phenomenal. The staff was incredibly accommodating and it was nice to stay at a family owned business. Everything was very homey and the continental breakfast was pretty vast. Even better, they have “pet friendly” rooms so we were able to bring our dog with us on our trip. And you can’t beat the location! We walked right into town for dinner and it was a 9 minute drive to our favorite hike. And then of course the price was unbelievably affordable for Crested Butte. Only positive things to say!

Such an incredible time staying at the Inn! It was in a perfect location to walk around town and access trails easily by bike or car. The staff was SO kind, the afternoon cookies and breakfast were awesome, and we will 100% be coming back next summer! The lighting in our room wasn’t great, but we did love how many outlets they had for chargers! Such a nice touch 🙂

We stayed at the Old Town Inn for a wedding in CB. The entire staff was so welcoming and accommodating. The rooms were attended to meticulously. The breakfasts and midday snacks were just what the day needed. We were within walking distance of all things downtown and so close to the hiking paths around the community. Our room had a small refrigerator. It was just perfect for us. We stayed in the suite which looked like two bedrooms one bath but you did have to walk through one sleeping area to use the bathroom. Perfect for a family but not two couples. I would definitely stay there again!

We stayed here for 2 nights after hiking in from Aspen and it was just what we needed! The rooms aren’t anything fancy but they were clean and comfortable. The location was amazing – since we didn’t have a car we could walk everywhere. The staff were absolutely wonderful. They make breakfast in the morning and warm cookies in the afternoon. We were leaving early Saturday to hike back to Aspen and the staff helped us by getting breakfast packed for us to take since we would be leaving before breakfast time, which was so sweet. The only con was the doors/walls are quite thin and the air conditioner is loud so if you’re a light sleeper bring some ear plugs.

Anna and the staff are jewels. I’ve stayed here before and enjoyed it because they have a great location and the staff is so friendly and helpful. The rooms are Clean and the atmosphere is just very comfortable. Most recently, I was very impressed that Anna was willing to search for a pillow that I left in the room. It was one of my favorites, and I thought I would never get it back because most hotels always say they can’t locate any item I’ve left, even if it’s the most obvious thing you could imagine. Anna, at Old Town Inn Took the time to find my pillow and returned it to me! I am so Happy to have it back and just so pleased with their customer service. I love going to Crested Butte and will return to The Old Town Inn whenever I’m there! Thank you!!!
