What Keeps You Up at Night: Health & Wellness Series

Please join us at the Crested Butte Library for a three-part series on Health & Wealth Wellness with Dana Albright (Wealth Advisor, Morgan Stanley) and Jalene Szuba (Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach).

Each session will begin at 6pm at the Crested Butte Library. You may attend any and all of these sessions, you are not required to attend them all.

Part One: Wednesday, January 15, 2025
Learn how health and wealth are intertwined and can be integrated into everyday life. Discuss the foundations of health (good sleep, hydration, stress management) and of wealth (build a foundation for stability).

Part Two: Wednesday, February 19, 2025
Elaborate on additional health practices (nutrition, exercise, prevention) Elaborate on additional wealth practices (financial planning for your future).

Part Three: Wednesday, March 19, 2025
Discuss resources for mindsets, resilience, support/accountability Discuss planning for inevitable (incapacity, longevity and death).


This historic library is a free and open public space, where you can access resources, and engage with others. Watch for speakers and events.
