Exciting news! Boot Juice will be providing the entertainment for this year’s event. Don’t miss it!
Hailing from the Sierra Nevada Mountains in Northern California, Boot Juice is a musical force featuring electric and acoustic guitars, vocal harmonies, bass, drums, saxophone, and trumpet. Inspired by The Band and Railroad Earth, their energetic performances draw comparisons to Talking Heads. Since 2017, they’ve toured extensively, leaving sticky dance floors and happy audiences in their wake. Founding members Connor Herdt and Evan Daly blend their love for Americana and rock’n’roll, while bassist Brett Worley, vocalist Jess Stoll, and drummer Billy D. Thompson contribute to their dynamic sound. The addition of a horn section in 2019 added infectious energy, creating a dance-worthy atmosphere.
Boot Juice’s lineup, with its roots in childhood friendship, delivers a big sound that feels at home in both intimate venues and large festival stages. Their music, ranging from bluegrass and Americana to cosmic rock’n’roll, is characterized by sultry blues and soul. The band released “Speaking in Tones” in May 2019 and followed up with “Shifting Gears” in March 2021. Currently tracking their third LP set for a 2023 release, Boot Juice continues to captivate audiences with their genre-blending, soulful tunes that transport listeners to street corners, riversides, and open highways.
