Skills for Disagreeing Better

CFGV is partnering with Braver Angels, a national non-partisan organization whose mission is to reduce political polarization in the US, to bring a Skills for Disagreeing Better workshop to the Valley.

If you’ve found yourself struggling to understand where folks with different political beliefs are coming from, or if you’ve experienced the negative impact political polarization can have on your relationships with others, this is the place for you!

When we try to communicate across political divides, we often lack the skills for listening carefully, looking for common ground, and sharing our perspectives in ways that connect rather than create more misunderstanding.

Join CFGV in learning to disagree better in polarized times, and seeing where we differ and where we share common ground.
