Museum Book Club: Dragons in Paradise
Join the Museum’s History Book Club for an engaging community discussion with local author George Sibley centered around his book Dragons in Paradise.
In this reflective work, Sibley explores themes of simplicity, community, and the deeper meaning of “place,” examining the realities behind the dream of mountain living.
Blending personal stories with thoughtful insight, he considers how life in the mountains shapes not only a lifestyle but also a way of understanding the world.
This free community event will take place on April 3 at 6:00 p.m., and Sibley’s book will also be available for purchase in the museum gift shop.
Located in historic downtown Crested Butte on 4th and Elk. Offering exhibits, walking tours, a gift shop and more.
