Living Journeys Youth Night

Oct 29, 2025
5:30 pm - 7:30 pm

Join us on October 29th from 5:30pm-7:30pm for a special evening at the The Trailhead Children’s Museum created just for youth who have been impacted by cancer.

We will have a variety of activities including art projects for both older and younger kids, games, and free play, all designed to spark joy and build meaningful connections.

Whether you feel like being silly, quiet, active, or artistic, this space is for you.

We will start by hanging out and enjoying delicious Secret Stash Pizza together, followed by time to do art, play, or just hang out and talk.

Licensed therapist, Eliza Wicks-Arshack, and Living Journeys Program Manager, Avery Forsythe, will be present for anyone who might want to chat, but there’s no pressure to talk about anything!

The focus is on fun, connection, and simply being in community with peers who get it. This is not a support group or a therapy session, it’s a chance to simply be yourself, have fun, and connect with others who have gone through something similar.

If it feels more comfortable, you’re welcome to bring a friend, but coming on your own is absolutely okay, too. Whether you arrive with someone you know or come to meet new people, you’ll be warmly welcomed, and everyone will have a chance to connect!

This event is free and open to youth of all ages. We will spend some time together as a group and also have opportunities to spend time with people your own age. There are no youth too young or too old, we will adapt the evening based on who attends and ensure it’s a comfortable, supportive space for everyone.

If you have any questions at all, reach out to me at admin@livingjourneys.org or call/text (719) 398-1499.
