John Daniel Berning’s a folk/singer-songwriter living in Breckenridge, Colorado.
Berning’s recorded a few of his original songs with Andrew Berlin in Ft. Collins (produced multiple Gregory Alan Isakov records), one of which just hit 10,000 streams on Spotify. He recorded his debut album, 10-song Time to Mend, at Evergroove Studio in Evergreen. “Mountain Rainbow” quickly got picked up on some playlists and was recently featured on Summit County’s Krystal 93’s local spotlight segment, “Music at the Summit.”
Berning’s inspired by a wide range of artists including The Beatles, Tom Petty, the Avett Brothers, Jack Johnson, Tyler Childers, Zach Bryan, Gregory Alan Isakov, Caamp, the Lumineers.
