Jim Davidson @ Crested Bucha

Jim Davidson return to Crested Bucha in Gunnison, CO to lay down some old-school fingerstyle guitar and vocal presentations of traditional acoustic folk, country, bluegrass and Americana.

This week will include some traditional Irish tunes in honor of St Patrick’s Day.

Davidson focuses on the fingerstyles of the old bluesmen such as Mississippi John Hurt, Reverend Gary Davis and others, He also play the more modern styles of Merle Travis, Chet Atkins, Doc Watson and Leo Kottke.

Jim also sing and cover the styles of Willie Nelson, Colter Wall, Waylon Jennings, Chris LeDeux, Johnny Cash, John Prine, Bob Dylan, Gordon Lightfoot, Ian Tyson, George Strait and many, many, many others.
