Guided Plant Spirit Tea Meditation & Movement
Mullein is our focus this fall.
This plant ally is known for its affinity with the lungs and skeletal system. We’ll drink this infusion through a sitting meditation and integrate its gifts into the movement of our bodies and breaths.
These meditations are a fun and embodied way to interact with herbs and plants, whether it is completely new or you’ve been working with them for a lifetime. Leave with the tools to connect and heal with plants in a new way.
