Taylor Park Marina sits at an elevation of 9,300 feet on the southern edge of Taylor Park Reservoir. The lake is bordered by the Continental Divide. The Upper Taylor River, Willow Creek, Texas Creek and Illinois Creek feed into this 2,000 surface acre lake which is home to some of the best Lake Trout, Rainbow Trout, Brown Trout, and Northern Pike fishing in the state.

If Fly Fishing is your game, the Taylor River has much to offer! It provides excellent fishing opportunities for rainbow, brown and cutthroat trout. The Taylor Dam Tailwater (aka Hog Trough) is home to some very smart trophy size trout and the state record rainbow trout. Special fishing regulations apply. Wildlife is abundant here at Taylor Park. Don’t be surprised if you see deer, elk, moose, big horn sheep and bears roaming around or bald eagles soaring high above you.

Our Season usually opens Mid May and ends in late September.

The magnificent beauty of the surrounding peaks and the clear blue skies are breathtaking!

Come sit on our deck and enjoy a Breakfast Burrito or a Burger from our Mack-N Gnaw Grill or quench your thirst with an ice cold beverage.

Our Hummingbirds provide lots of free entertainment and excellent photo opportunities. We have the best view around!

Down to earth marina and friendly, helpful staff! Lots of options for fishing gear, TPM clothing, outdoor patio, view, and grill (when open). The kind of place you can sit back and chill, recharge your internal batteries. The reservoir itself is so beautiful with the sandy shore rimmed with pine trees and the mountains. Did I mention the view??? :- )

Rory, Ryan, Patty and Jamie were helpful and friendly. Our camper batteries were dead and they were able to charge them. Saved our vacation! The marina is stock with fishing gear and drinks. They have boats and fishing gear to rent. They even have a food truck most days. Even if you are not going to rent a boat or gear, stop in to say hi. There is always someone there to greet you whether two legs or four.

This place was amazing! The staff went out of their way to help us with fishing spots and gave us a folding table for our campsite when we forgot ours. The weather was perfect for fishing and Ryan and Jen Birdsy were phenomenal hosts! It was one of the best weekends my son and I have had. I strongly recommend this place to anyone!

This is a beautiful place. You can rent boats and I think even set up a guided fishing excursion. There are a few snacks and at specific times hot breakfast and lunch items are available. The workers are helpful and bathrooms and cell service available here.

What a great marina, they will take great care of you!!
You know we all need negative feed back from time to time to improve,, not with this Marina and team,,, the whole staff is top shelf and we all miss the 9nes who have moved on and hope they learned thing during there time working there that helps them down the road!!
Well all but Brie, maybe a couple more years there and she would get it,,, oh never mind one out of ?? Still a great record!!

A great little marina. Nothing fancy, but then marinas shouldn’t be fancy, I don’t think. The owners and staff were very friendly and helpful. Loved watching the hummingbirds on the back deck!
