Full Moon Sound Bath

Immerse yourself in the ethereal embrace of the August Full Moon during our one-hour sound bath on August 31st from 7:30-8:30pm at CB Power Yoga.

Led by Ashley King, an experienced sound healer, this evening offers a chance to harness the power of the full moon through connection to sound.

Ashley will craft a rejuvenating experience using an array of instruments, from resonant crystal singing bowls to the gentle melodies of a ukulele.

Let Ashley’s guidance help you find alignment with the moon’s energies. Bring an open heart and any props to make yourself comfortable – a blanket and bolster or pillow are recommended.
