Downhill Rockies Mountain Bike Series | Crested Butte

Crested Butte Mountain Resort is thrilled to partner with Downhill Rockies and be a part of the resurgence of regional downhill mountain bike racing competitions in the Rocky Mountains.

Race headquarters and registration will be next to Silver Queen Express in the base area. Participants must have a bike haul ticket or season-long bike haul pass to reach the start line via Red Lady Express.

Discounted lift tickets will be available for racers and spectators and may be purchased in-person at the Yurt next to race headquarters on the day of the event.

Crested Butte is known as one of the birthplaces of mountain biking, and enthusiasm for the sport continues today throughout the Gunnison Valley.

The Crested Butte Mountain Bike Park was established in 2009. It includes a vast trail network with 30+ miles of singletrack, offering both lift-served downhill and cross-country rides that connect to some of the legendary rides in and around Crested Butte.
