CBSOM In This Togeher: Dealing with the Anxiety Crisis

In This Together is an interactive community discussion series hosted by CB State of Mind (CBSOM) focused on emotional health and wellbeing.

Led by local therapist Wallace Pond, Ph.D., LPC, the series invites community members to gather in an accessible, supportive setting to explore important mental health topics and make sense of the emotional challenges many of us face.

While not therapy, these conversations offer insight and practical tools to help participants support themselves and one another within the community.
