CB Wine + Food Fest: Winemaker’s Dinner – Tour de Force “Seasoned”

Seasoned is a title earned. Like a good cast-iron skillet, “seasoned” is a badge hewn from years of withstanding the elements.

Chef Abby Knowles, cattle rancher, horsewoman, entrepreneur, change-maker, and seasoned chef joins us from XIT ranch in the Texas panhandle for a female farm-to-table dinner honoring the trail-blazing spirit that transforms tradition.

Abby pairs local pasture-raised beef with Silverado Wines from the Stag’s Leap District, where the terroir of California knocked France down a rung in the 1976 Judgement of Paris. Grapes from the Stag’s Leap vineyard pair with Parker Pastures beef for a meal that rewrites the rulebook.

Your ticket includes a three-course, wine-paired meal as well as enrollment in the Center’s Annual Membership program.
