The Submerged Town of Iola: Then & Now

David Primus, author of Beneath Blue Mesa: The Gunnison River Valley Before the Reservoir, will present a slide show of the town of Iola, showing photos before the reservoir compared to similar photos when the reservoir is over 100′ low, as it is today. After the show, he will facilitate a discussion of Iola and other sites covered by Blue Mesa, and reservoirs in general.
