Are you ready to bring some holiday magic to the stage? Join us for auditions for the heartwarming comedy, “Dashing Through The Snow” by James Hope Wooten. It’s the perfect way to kick off the holiday season with laughter and cheer!

No preparation is necessary, just show up and be ready to have fun!

Rehearsals will run from early November through the production which is December 14th-23rd.

MALE CHARACTERS
Mr. Boykin — 30-50’s — Petulant guest; offstage voice only
Binky — 40s-50s — Spry, energetic, eager to please husband; needs to be able to perform some light physical comedy moves
Hoyt Ledford — 30s-50s — Anxious but has an agenda; brother to Donna Jo
Ainsley Danforth — 40s-50s — Egotistical and pompous formally trained actor
Raynerd Chisum — 30s-50s — Uncomplicated, child-like, a porter at the Snowflake Inn.

FEMALE CHARACTERS
Trina Wallcott — 40s-50s — Harried, bubbly manager of the Snowflake Inn; appears in all scenes
Lou Ida — 30s-50s — Surly housekeeper and cook; voice only
Cuddles — 40s-50s — Matronly, nervous wife
Donna Jo Austin — 40s-50s — Brash and spunky sister to Hoyt
Ennis Puckett — 60s+ — Sharp-tongued, curmudgeonly senior citizen; sister to Della
Della Crowder — 60s+ — Feisty and sweet senior citizen; sister to Ennis
Lenora Benedict — 40s-50s — Over the top dramatic actress
Paulette Coogan — 30s-50s — Stern, rule-following stage manager
Honey Raye Futrelle — 40s-50s — Sexy, vivacious, third-time bride-to-be; sister to Twink, Frankie, and Rhonda Lynn
