Join us for a unique experience in deep relaxation as we welcome the abundance of the harvest season at Three Ladies Park.

Suspended in soft yoga hammocks, you’ll be cradled while bathing in the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls.

We’ll use these gentle sounds to guide a peaceful experience focused on attracting abundance and gratitude into our lives.

There’s no need to register—all are welcome! You have the option to float in a hammock or rest on a yoga mat on the ground.

Please bring your own yoga mat and a blanket to stay warm.
