Enjoy a family-friendly astronomy talk by one of our knowledgeable volunteers followed by viewing through a variety of small outside telescopes (weather permitting). Note: a separate Dome Tour ticket is required for viewing through our 30” telescope.

Description: Thousands of years ago our ancestors looked up at the night sky and saw the characters in their stories illustrated in the stars. Today the constellations they created are our road map to the stars. Join local astronomer Dr. Suzanne Taylor to learn about the role constellations have played throughout history and the role they play in astronomy today.
