Join Fantasy Ranch for a Memorable Ride
Fantasy Ranch’s winter horseback experience runs from 1:00 to 3:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Begin your journey by meeting in the Almont Resort Parking lot before 1:00 PM. From there, follow us in your vehicle to the horse corrals. Note that 4-wheel drive is recommended for this part of the trip.
Once at the corrals, we prepare for an exciting one-hour horseback ride. Enjoy the snow-covered landscape with a mid-ride stop for hot cocoa by the fireplace. This pause adds a cozy touch to your adventure.
Wildlife Encounters and Wrapping Up
As you ride through the snow, you may spot elk, mule deer, big horn sheep, and bald eagles. After the ride, we treat the horses and set them free. We typically finish the adventure around 3:00 PM.
